- HOW DO I SHIP FROM USA TO NIGERIA

Easy!

1. Purchase a prepaid box (includes tape and return shipping label)

2. Pack your items

3. Drop off box(s) at UPS.

- HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER FOR A SHIPMENT?

1. Add amount of SendOver boxes to your shopping cart.

2. Provide sender & recipient details.

3. Declare shipment value(if known) and purchase insurance as needed.

4. If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it in the ˮ Discount codeˮ field. Be sure to click on the “Applyˮ  button in order to have your discount activated and applied to your order.

5. Continue by clicking “Continue to Shippingˮ button. Please make sure you have entered your shipping address correctly.

6. From here you will be prompted to enter in your payment details for your order.

7. Once you have completed the form, click on the “Complete Orderˮ button. You will be brought to a screen that provides an order summary together with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail with will include order details and instructions for next steps.

- WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY SENDOVER BOX?

All orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Your SendOver box will arrive within 7 business days after the shipment date.

- HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENTS?

You can track your SendOver packages here <link to tracking page>. SendOver also provides proactive shipping updates via SMS,Email and Whatsapp.

- CAN I SCHEDULE A PICKUP INSTEAD OF DROPPING OFF THE BOX?

Sendover offers convenient package pickups via website or customer support, though additional fees may apply.

- CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please contact us at hello@sendover.app and provide us with the ORDER NUMBER of your purchase and the correct shipping address. Shipping address might still be corrected if your order has not been fulfilled and shipped out from the warehouse.

- HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Your prepaid SendOver box(18x18x18) is $150.  Duty and Insurance may be incur additional cost for declared value greater than $750.

- IS THERE A MAXIMUM WEIGHT FOR THE BOX?

- WHEN WILL MY BOX BE DELIVERED?

Your SendOver box will be delivered in 45days for dropoff. Contact us for expedited shipments via AirFreight.

- DO I NEED TO PURCHASE INSURANCE?

Insurance is optional, however we do recommend purchasing insurance for declared value shipments greater than $750. Insurance is x% of declared value.

- DO YOU DELIVER ANYWHERE IN NIGERIA?

Yes, We are constantly striving to serve you better,and are rapidly expanding to cover all locations within Nigeria.

- WHAT ITEMS CAN I INCLUDE IN MY BOX?

- WHAT IS YOUR SHIPMENT CANCELLATION POLICY?

We accept order cancellation before the SendOver box is processed and shipped out to the logistic facility.

If the order is canceled you will get a refund minus 5% transaction fee.

- WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING?

Please visit our Track Your Order page first to see if this will solve your issue. There are a few reasons that your tracking number is not working.


1. You are using the wrong tracking site to track your order or entered incorrect

tracking ID. Your tracking ID can be found in the confirmation email.


2. If you just made your order within 48 hours then your order is still processing, Please be patient, this is perfectly normal – your order is 100% on the way.


3. If your order was shipped out 7 or more days ago and the tracking sites do not show any updates on your tracking

number then please contact at hello@sendover.app and we will figure out the issue immediately!
